Be Awakened

A word from the heart of God: Be Awakened.

The Lord warns us to live each day as if it’s our last. Ephesians 5:15-16 declares, “See then that you walk circumspectly, not as fools but as wise, redeeming the time, because the days are evil.” The key here is the words “redeeming the time,” which in essence means living every day as if it’s your last. Let’s pray: Heavenly Father, I want to stay alert spiritually. Please help me to keep my spiritual focus where it needs to be, especially in these days of uncertainty and chaos. There are so many voices pulling us in all sorts of directions that it’s easy for us to lose our direction. Lord, awaken us from the inside, increasing our desire to hold onto you and to trust your word as truth. Help us to keep our eyes and minds on you, for that and that alone will truly deliver us! Amen.
