Closely

A word from the heart of God: Closely.

Closely signifies doing something with great care, like listening closely. It implies precision, intimacy, or very little space/time between. As I prayed about this word, I immediately saw the word jointly. I believe God is prompting us to draw closer to Him, so close in fact that we would feel joined. “Let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, with our hearts sprinkled clean from an evil conscience and our bodies washed with pure water.” Hebrews 10:28. Let this be a season where you exhibit great care in your pursuit to draw closer to God. Great care means your pursuit is intentional. You set goals and you measure milestones. You journey with a deliberate destination in mind. You have to know what you’re seeking in order to obtain it. I pray this word will not only minister to you, but truly excite you. True intimacy with God is by far one of the most beautiful gifts there is in the world.
