Head and Heart

A word from the heart of God: Head and Heart. 

Life can be easily summed up by understanding that your head and your heart are controlled by what you decide to focus on and the meaning you give to what you focus on. If your head and heart are selfish and you focus on everything sinful, then sin controls you and your life will reflect that. If your head and heart focus on God and His Will for your life, then righteousness and prosperity will follow, and your life will resemble Christ. I heard Tony Robbins say, “We do not feel based on life. We feel based on the meaning we give life.” That’s very powerful. We control the world inside us. If we feed that world properly in ways that honor God, the outcome is peace, but if we feed that world sinful things, then chaos and unrest will follow. Romans 7:22 says, “For in my inner being I delight in God's law.”
