Highs and Lows

A word from the heart of God: Highs and Lows.

I think it’s really important in life to keep things in perspective. There are moments when we experience high peaks of joy, happiness, laughter, and inspiration. There are also moments when we experience low dips where sadness, anxiety, anger, even doubt may cross our path. Keep your eyes focused on heaven, and your perspective grounded in God’s Word. God’s Word is infallible, which means incapable of error. It does not change and it cannot lie. “Every word of God proves true; He is a shield to those who take refuge in Him.” Proverbs 30:5. This does not say some words — it says EVERY WORD of God proves true! You can hold God to His word. Hence, it then makes sense to keep your eyes focused on heaven and not on the problems of the things of this world.
