I look to Crown

A word from the heart of God; I look to Crown. 

I saw this post by Dylan Daniel and it truly resonated in my heart. He wrote, "Victory is not proven on the battlefield but in the quiet wrestlings of the spirit. What you conquer in secret will crown you in public." The scripture he quoted was: "But you, when you pray, go into your room, and your Father who sees in secret will reward you openly." (Matthew 6:6). This is so powerful because true validation will always come from God. He sees everything so what you do in secret is very valuable to Him. When no one sees your efforts, your sacrifices, your selflessness, it is in these quiet still places that God examines your heart. He is looking for a heart that aligns with one's actions in accordance with His Word. You can’t tell someone you appreciate them and then speak terribly about them to others. God is always seeking to crown people. Matthew 6:6 clearly proves that what God sees in secret is crowned in public. At the end of the day, this life journey is truly really about You & God and the beautiful, honorable relationship you forge with Him as you journey through life.
