I was and He did

A word from the heart of God: I was and He did.

I saw a sermon by Pastor Philip Anthony Mitchell where He profoundly shared his testimony about everything he was and everything Christ did in his life. He kept saying over and over, “I was and He did. I was and He did.” I think we all need to think about that for a minute. I know for me, I can clearly say I was broken beyond repair, but God fixed me. I was devastated by deep betrayal, yet God protected me. I was drowning in sadness and God anchored me in righteousness. I was and He did! I encourage you to find your “I was” and then boldly proclaim what God did in your life. Let your testimony be a divine weapon against darkness. Darkness may try to cross your path, but His Glory is behind you, in front of you, and on each side of you. You are, you may have been, but God Himself is sovereign and in His sovereignty He has done and will continue to do His Will and His works for His Glory! Amen to that!

You are loved, Kris
