Posture
A word from the Heart of God: Posture.
I love this word. Posture means a particular way of dealing with or considering something; an approach or attitude. When people think of posture, they immediately think of standing up straight, but there is also spiritual posture. When I was praying, I sensed God saying to ask them (you) what posture do they choose in life? Meaning, what outlook do you have? Do you get trapped in a posture of demanding to know "Why?" or do you go to God with what do YOU want me to do right now? Its a great question to ask yourself. You have to live in the present. You can not change the past, so start exactly where you are and be optimistic about the future God has for you. Take a God forward posture. Trust God one day, one moment at a time. Do not fear, God is with you. He will strengthen and help you daily. We can not control all the things in the world, but we do control our attitudes in it. Stop worrying about the “why” and start seeking to find God in the “where”. Instead of asking why, Lord, try asking where are you, Lord? God will always be wherever you are. “The LORD himself goes before you and will be with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged.” Deuteronomy 31:8. Embrace a God forward posture.
You are loved, Kris
