Your highest form of Praise

A word from the heart of God; Your highest form of Praise.

The highest praise to God in the Bible is Psalm 145, “I will extol you, my God and King, and bless your name forever and ever. Every day, I will bless you and praise your name forever and ever.” To extol means to praise enthusiastically. When a person is enthusiastic about something, they show intense and eager enjoyment, interest, or approval. This should be our daily posture. I say this as I carry sadness daily myself, so praising God enthusiastically requires me to be intentional and disciplined. Disciplined because it’s very easy to be distracted by worldly toxicity. I think how you start your day, as well as how you end your day, will determine a lot as to how the middle of the day unfolds. Breathing with God truly means you never leave His presence for very long. God becomes your sustainable heavenly oxygen. Be intentional with your praise. Your circumstances, including pain, heartache, suffering, even anger and fear, must be welcomed with you as you praise Him. Be who you are, embracing where you are while praising Him in the midst of any and all circumstances.

You are loved, Kris
