Be faithful in every season

A word from the heart of God: Be faithful in every season. 

This is something you should repeat to yourself over and over. Faithfulness is not something you pick and choose when to move in; it’s a way of life. Training yourself now to be faithful will help tremendously when harder seasons cross your path. I remember the day my son Jared passed away. I felt like I couldn’t breathe. For six years, I faithfully wrote a daily 90secswithgod devotion. I remember sinking into a chair and crying out to God with the words, “You can’t expect me to write a devotional today,” and someone reminded me of my faithfulness and how I had to stand strong in that place of obedience. My decision to be faithful that day resulted in a beautiful gift of a heavenly breath that was bestowed upon me, one that I’m still breathing from today. Be faithful in every season of your life, for God never leaves you. He is eternally and beautifully faithful.
