Before and After

A word from the heart of God: Before and After.

Have you ever seen those home improvement shows on TV? Basically, they buy old neglected homes and transform them into beautiful, highly profitable investments. It’s a very interesting process watching the transformation from before to after. I kinda think that is what God is trying to get across today. We are made in His image from birth, so that is the beautiful after image. “So God created man in his own image, in the image of God he created him; male and female he created them.” Genesis 1:27. The before actually starts off as the after first, then journeys through a natural life to seek the after again. The truth is, God set up creation as a win-win. We begin with His image within us and it never departs. The devil knows God’s plans for your life; therefore, he tries very hard to detour you away from God’s will for your life, so when the devil tries to lie to you, push back because there are no neglected old homes created by God. God only designed beautifully, highly profitable ones that happen to be glorious in every way. “Tell the devil to take that.”
