Complacent
A word from the heart of God: Complacent.
I’ve been feeling this word strongly lately. I personally feel that so many people are living in a fog, feeling secure while unaware of potential danger. We are living in perilous times. The world isn’t the same as it used to be. Evil is in plain sight now. It’s unfortunate and it’s so sad, but it is true. I believe we, men and women of God, have been trained for such a time as this. So many scriptures in the Bible talk about wisdom. We have to make good judgments now and that means being well prepared and not blind to our surroundings. It is my prayer that you become more observant, less complacent, and well prepared for the approaching evil that surrounds you in today’s world. We should never be caught off guard. 1 Corinthians 16:13, “Be watchful, stand firm in the faith, act like men, be strong.” Being watchful means to be careful, to be alert, and to pay attention! True watchfulness means that we lay hold of every resource God has given us so that the reality of God stays clear in our hearts and minds.
You are loved, Kris
