Emotional Safety

A word from the heart of God: Emotional Safety.

Life is loud. There are days that are long and busy. There are people who are immature and toxic. There are commitments and expectations that are mandatory. All these things can result in stress and unhealthy atmospheres. Recognizing that you need a day off — a day to decompress, to refresh, to regroup, and to revitalize — doesn’t mean you're breaking down, it actually means you're self-aware. Being intentional about implementing time off is wise. When you are self-aware, it truly shows that you’re mature. In that maturity, it proves you’re growing because you respect boundaries, honor the days of Sabbath, and carve out time for silence and solitude. Psalm 121:7-8 says, “The LORD will keep you from all evil; he will keep your life. The LORD will keep your going out and your coming in from this time forth and forevermore.”  Prioritize your private time with God.

You are loved, Kris
