Your way, your will

A word from the heart of God: Your way, your will. 

Ultimately, this means wait on God. It means His will in your life is much more valuable than your own. Waiting on God means you seek His stamp of approval. Sometimes that approval comes from verbal confirmation; other times it means that doors open supernaturally, but in my case, it always means an undeniable peace. You may want to pray this prayer: Heavenly Father, teach me how to wait on you. Help me slow down so I can discern your voice in my life. I want to stay within your plans for my life. Help me to move in such a way that I don’t live with regret and I know where fear may rule an area of my life. I want your will and your rule in my life. Humble me when necessary and remind me that your way and your plans are much better and higher than mine. I lift this prayer up today in Jesus' name, Amen.
