A word from the heart of God; Exploited.
When kindness, love, and compassion are seen as weaknesses and something to be exploited, remember that God will not be mocked. This has been a staple of comfort for me. We often forget that God is a just God. God does not need you to fight His battles for Him. He knows exactly how to contend with darkness. I know it’s tempting to respond to a world that treats kindness, love, and compassion as a weakness to be exploited, but don’t. Don’t lower your standards for anything or anyone. Everything in life has a consequence. I dare you today to go in the other direction. Instead of giving the pain suffered by the hands of another power, pray instead. Pray that God would elevate you for your strength and courage to stay committed to righteousness and love. In that prayer, lift up the situation to God and allow Him to bring forth correction. You stay committed to goodness, righteousness, and love. Do not allow judgment, pride, or anger to reside in your heart. If you desire God to move mightily in your life, let Him contend with the darkness prowling around you while allowing Him to use you as a vessel of light, love, and hope to others. Your greatest victory against darkness is Divine Joy, no matter the circumstances!
