Fresh oil

Today, I felt led to pray for fresh oil from the throne. I’ve never prayed for that before but I now understand how valuable that prayer really is. Yesterday's anointing is not sufficient for today. Which means that everyday we should stand before God in prayer and ask him to release fresh oil daily from the throne room of heaven. We need daily reinforcement to ensure that righteousness, goodness, selflessness, and love prevails everyday in our lives. God's word is the same yesterday, today, and tomorrow, it never grows up hence daily fresh oil over your life is yours to claim. Oil is one of the symbols of the Holy Spirit. In Scripture, oil symbolizes wealth, abundance, health, energy, and is a vital ingredient for a good healthy life. It can likewise represent spiritual abundance, only possible through what God gives. As Isaiah 55:1-7 shows, this oil is "bought" through listening to God, delighting in what He gives, and seeking to be like Him. Today, I ask God to release fresh oil from the throne over you and those you love.
