Personal but never private
God is a generational God, which means whatever you choose in this generation will affect three or more future generations. This holds true for you as well. You may have inherited a desire which led to a lifestyle from your great great great grandparents. Generational blessings as well as generational curses are real. The Bible calls it righteous seed. Proverbs 11:21 says, “Though hand join in hand, the wicked shall not be unpunished: But the seed of the righteous shall be delivered.” You can repent and break the power of the curse of past generations. Let God sever every demonic power that has been affecting your life. Break the history that has been destroying you. God sees all, so there is never any real hidden sin. God always brings forth His Glory, hence sin will always be revealed. Be wise and reveal it yourself. Stand before God with true remorse and repentance. There is great power in the name, blood, and resurrection in Jesus. Victory is yours.
