Not Broken

A word from the heart of God: Not Broken.

I’ve been sitting in this word for a little while now, and I believe God is trying to minister to us so we can truly see what He sees when He looks at us. The world we live in continuously creates atmospheres where we may feel broken, but that doesn’t necessarily mean that we are actually broken. Feelings can be very deceiving. Although feelings are real and God-given, the Bible warns against letting them dictate our lives. Scripture encourages processing emotions honestly, trusting in God's truth over temporary circumstances, and relying on the Spirit for peace. Proverbs 28:26 says, “Whoever trusts in his own mind is a fool, but he who walks in wisdom will be delivered.” Parts of you may have to walk through long periods of suffering, but even in that you are not broken. Walk in confidence with God, seeing what He sees until you are able to see it again for yourself. “He chose us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and blameless before him in love.” Ephesians 1:4. God sees you holy and blameless; you are never truly broken!

You are loved, Kris
