I’m Leaving Tomorrow

A word from the heart of God: I’m leaving tomorrow.

What would you do if you knew that tomorrow would be your last day here on earth? This question reminds me of how my son Jared lived every day. From the moment he woke up to the minute he went to sleep, his day was filled with experiences. He never sat idle in life and he never missed an opportunity to tell people he loved them. His short life here is a true testimony to how we should live. So many people wake up, jump out of bed, and begin to move in their day without first giving praise for their first breath. Busyness with the tasks of the day can result in losing sight of actually living in the present moment. If I can share anything with you about what I’ve learned, it would be the true value of silence, solitude, peace, and love. Truly living in the moments called life and allowing yourself to truly experience every miracle God hides within it.
