Open Heaven

A word from the heart of God: Open Heaven. 

I’m reading a book by Gabriel Gauthier, Living Under an Open Heaven. In the book, Gabriel refers to searching your heart daily so the spirit of God can reveal all unsurrendered places. This is really powerful because unsurrendered places become strongholds for our will and personal agendas to hide. This is why the Bible encourages us to choose to hide God’s word in our hearts because when we do that, we create safeguards and boundaries against anything that scripture considers impure and ungodly. Our minds can sometimes trick us into thinking things are good for us, but the Bible is the only true source of that truth. Don’t trust what your mind says; instead, always go back to the word of God. Divine truth can only be powered through genuine surrender.
