Peace

A word from the heart of God: Peace. 

“Now may the Lord of peace himself give you peace at all times in every way. The Lord be with you all.” 2 Thessalonians 3:16. When you look up the words “peace of God,” it’s defined as a deep, lasting calm that comes from a relationship with God, distinct from worldly peace. It is described as a spiritual and emotional state of tranquility and security that transcends human understanding and circumstances. This peace is a gift that guards the heart and mind from fear and anxiety, leading to wholeness and completeness. Peace is a gift from God, rooted in a relationship with Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit, and is not dependent on external circumstances. It surpasses human comprehension, providing an unshakable sense of calm and security even amidst trouble. God gives peace to those who have clean hands and a pure heart, a state made possible through faith in Christ. Peace be with you.
