Rested

A word from the heart of God: Rested.

The word rested means relief or freedom, especially from anything that worries, troubles, or disturbs you. With a little bit of work and a lot of God, you can learn to be rested in almost any situation. First, you have to take the time to get to know yourself. To know your strengths, weaknesses, and triggers. Then you have to give God more time. You have to increase your desire and curiosity about Faith. Once you do that, God will begin to teach you to rely more on Him. You will learn to trust God for joy. Trust God for strength. Trust God for protection. Trust God for wisdom. You can learn to rest IN and ON God. Exodus 36:14 says, “The Lord replied, my presence will go with you, and I will give you rest.” The next time you have to deal with an unnerving situation, an angry situation, or even a scary situation, turn your attention to God. Focus on what you know. If you include God in the situation, His presence will be with you and you will be rested in Him.

You are loved, Kris
