Season of More
A word from the Heart of God; Season of More.
The word more means greater or additional amount or degree. More is good because it usually means an increase, but it can also be dangerous if you only see it from an earthly perspective. Often, when people get more of something, it means God may actually get less. You see, you have to make room for an increase. You can’t fit an increase into a preexisting space because that "more" will be squeezed into a small space. A word of caution, as more comes, things may begin to distract you from God. If more money comes or more power comes and assets increase, it's easy to become centered on those items rather than being Christ-centered. “Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us." Ephesians 3:20. I am not against striving for more in life. I believe God loves to bless His family, and more is part of that blessing. He is an immeasurably more God. As God begins to open doorways for more in your life, I encourage you to commit to striving for more of Him. As God blesses you with more earthly blessings, reciprocate by seeking to spiritually mature and strive for an increase in Him as well. Don't you want to get to personally know the God who seeks to bless you with MORE more?
