Side by Side

A word from the heart of God: Side by Side.

Today, I sensed God reminding me that the spiritual realm operates side by side with the natural realm. That doesn’t mean it’s equal, nor does it mean it’s similar; what it means is that it’s very close. I really love that visual. Basically, God wants us to know that where we are, He is. “That they should seek God, and perhaps feel their way toward him and find him. Yet he is actually not far from each one of us.” Acts 17:27. The next time you feel alone, seperate even sad, remember how close God is. I encourage you to draw near to God. To intentionally seek to purify your thoughts and cleanse your heart by surrounding yourself with beautiful and good things. Jeremiah 23:24 is a beautiful scripture: “Can a man hide himself in secret places so that I cannot see him?’ Declares the Lord. Do I not fill heaven and earth? Declares the Lord.” The Lord clearly states there is nowhere to hide from Him. He fills heaven as well as earth. We are always side by side with Him. He doesn’t leave us; we leave Him.
