A word from the heart of God: The battle is real.
I believe we sometimes forget that this world consists of good and evil; when we’re going through dark times, that battle is real. If the battle is real, then it’s wise to prepare with a battle plan. First, you have to see the enemy's attacks. Take a step back and look at what you’re facing, almost as if you’re visiting it, so you can get a clear perspective. Assess and ask: Is this a real trial or am I facing a stronghold within myself? Very different battles. Next, call on God. He is your defender — learn to ask Him for help. Then it’s important to trust Him in the battle. He tends to give us what we need and not necessarily what we want. Next, I think everything requires a spiritual battle plan. “God arms me with strength and He makes my way perfect.” Psalms 18:32-36. Partner with Him and know that you are equipped. I believe God eventually confuses the enemy and gives you room to fight. This is where you charge. This is where you move righteously, and this is where defeat happens. Do not fear; God is with you. When God gives you victory, you give that victory back to Him. You praise and glorify Him. Your greatest weapon and victory will always be your testimony.
You are loved, Kris
