When you're tested

A word from the heart of God: When you're tested.

A test in life grabs you by the collar and says, “Are you who you say you are?” A test shows you who you really are at the core. Testing seasons reveal if you are only strong when things are easy or do you rise to the occasion with zeal and resilience when things are hard. I encourage you not to shy away from testing seasons. Instead, press into them, eager to learn how to embrace your weaknesses through the eyes of opportunity, not defeat. God’s heart is a heart that always desires that we grow, mature, and evolve. Those three things afford us the opportunity to draw closer to Him. Intimacy with God usually requires sacrifice. The next time you sense that you're being tested, rise to the challenge with one goal in mind – drawing closer to God.You are loved, Kris
