Capture

A word from the heart of God: Capture.

This is a strong word. Capture, in general, means to grab, trap, or take something that doesn't want to be grabbed, trapped, or taken. I believe God is asking us to do a self-assessment. Maybe a great question to ask is: Has the devil captured something within you that you unwillingly or willingly gave him? The Bible says in 2 Corinthians 10:3-5, “For though we walk in the flesh, we are not waging war according to the flesh. For the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but have divine power to destroy strongholds. We destroy arguments and every lofty opinion raised against the knowledge of God, and take every thought captive to obey Christ.” The key word is “WE.” Stop blaming your childhood, stop blaming your parents, and start seeing your choices. This scripture clearly confirms that you have the power to take captive and destroy the strongholds in your life through the divine power of Jesus Christ.
