The Leading of

A word from the heart of God: The Leading of.

What a great word. Romans 8:14 declares, “For all who are led by the Spirit of God are sons of God.” In essence, you are a true son or daughter of Christ when you are led by the Spirit within. Too often people proclaim to be men and women of God, yet they ignore the leading of the Holy Spirit. Galatians 5:22-23 teaches that the true, visible evidence of the Holy Spirit's presence in a person's life is the “fruit” they produce. Rather than focusing on outward displays of performance or power, it is the fruit in your life that divinely displays your character, obedience, and consistency. Seek to surrender to the leading of the Holy Spirit.
