A word from the heart of God: Responsibilities and privileges. 

I have been pressing into God in prayer for a deeper revelation of covenant. During my quest, I’ve learned a few things: every covenant carries both responsibilities and privileges, the same King, who requires obedience, also guarantees provision. He never calls a person into covenant without promising everything necessary to sustain it. It’s very beautiful when you truly think about that. God does require our obedience, but that obedience guarantees His provision. I’ve learned that every covenant God establishes carries His responsibilities and conditions, but it also holds promises backed by His authority. Allegiance guarantees provision, obedience promises power, great sacrifice brings forth deep revelation, and all of those things produce an abiding in His Presence.
