When I hear this word, I immediately think of an extension cord. An extension cord allows you to plug something into a power outlet by extending the reach of the power through the extension cord.

I went away for a few days to rest and seek the peace of God. I chose to go to an island surrounded by the ocean. As I looked ahead into the sea, all I saw was a deep blue ocean.

Waiting can be difficult. We want what we want when we want it. No one really loves waiting. I’ve been on vacation this week in Barbados and the pace on the island is much, much slower.

The word pristine means in perfect condition, completely clean. I recently purchased a brand new car and anyone who has ever bought a new car knows exactly what pristine smells like.
