Love is a grace gift
I heard Pastor Anthony Mitchell say that love is a grace gift that we owe to everybody. He said access must be earned. We do not owe everyone access, but we do owe everyone love.
Health of your heart
We talk about physical health often. Diet plans, gym memberships, and even doctor visits are all common language when it comes to physical health, but what about the health of your heart?
Nothing less
God gives us nothing less. That bold statement tells me that God predestines things and His plan is perfect in design. That is hard at times to embrace, especially when you don’t agree with or understand circumstances when they cross your path.
A tangible touch
Today’s word is a very personal one for me. There are times in life when heaven touches earth. In these divine moments, you can almost feel like there is a tangible touch from God falling upon you.
Side by Side
Today, I sensed God reminding me that the spiritual realm operates side by side with the natural realm. That doesn’t mean it’s equal, nor does it mean it’s similar; what it means is that it’s very close.
When things lie flat
Interesting word today. As I prayed this morning, I sensed God ministering to me personally about the highs and lows in life. As many of you know, I have experienced much tragedy over the last few years.
When you are blinded
When you actively and voluntarily move in sin, it blinds you from goodness and purity. When you’re so full of sinfulness, you can’t see truth.
Eternal value
The word eternal means existing forever and the word value means something of importance or worth. Maybe God is trying to get us to evaluate some of the things we may be choosing to focus on in our lives.
Bear all things with Joy
Wow, that’s a hard one. Bear death with Joy. Bear illness with Joy. Bear deceit with Joy. Bear suffering with Joy. The list can go on and on, but the Bible is clear.
Tenderness
What a beautiful word. My family and I have been in Brazil on a ministry trip for the last week. We have seen firsthand what tenderness looks like in human form.
